Senior Account Executive
Camron is seeking a Senior Account Executive, based in New York City. A Senior Account Executive at Camron is a core member of the team, contributing to client strategy plans and taking ownership of day-to-day reporting and media briefing.
You will have outstanding attention to detail, with strong speaking and written communication skills, and have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment alone and as part of a team. This role requires a passionate, proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to continually develop.

Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day client administration including team media tracking and supporting on key client documents such as drafting client reports and briefing documents
- Working with to proactively pitch and confirm media placements, targeting more senior journalists
- Strong understanding of international, national, digital and regional media
- Ability to develop client and project-specific media lists
- Playing a significant role in client and agency events
- Research for existing clients and new business opportunities
- Attending client meetings and managing reporting and follow-up
- Contributing to client strategy plans
- Keeping up to date with media trends and stories
- Build and maintain Camron’s media database as well as advising junior team members on the system
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and work across multiple clients
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competence to work independently and to collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to network internally and externally
- Passion for all things media, social and digital, including magazines, newspapers, websites, podcasts and blogs
