January 2017 – MoMA premieres their new SS17 collection.

MoMA Design Store previewed their Spring/Summer 17 collection, debuting over 200 new products. Curated by a dedicated group of buyers who source some of the most innovative and exciting new work from around the world, MoMA Design Store is known for beautifully designed and functional products.

This season, MoMA has a wide range of items from tabletop items, tech accessories, kids products, jewelry and home décor. For spring/summer, MoMA included lots of bright colors and playful materials in their collection. As always, the MoMA Design Store produced a wonderful collection perfect for upcoming spring and summer.

The event, which drew over sixty journalists from design, lifestyle, tech and consumer publications, was also an opportunity to preview Arita 2016/, a new contemporary porcelain brand that combines the talents of highly skilled makers and potteries in the Japanese town of Arita, with sixteen international designers. MoMA will showcase Arita for NYCxDesign 2017.
