TRUNK is an innovative boutique hospitality company, founded in Tokyo, Japan in 2017. We have worked with the brand since the launch of its second hotel, TRUNK(HOUSE) in Tokyo’s Kagurazaka neighbourhood in 2019, followed by its third, TRUNK(HOTEL) YOYOGI PARK, in 2023.
A popular luxury brand in Japan, the team engaged us to oversee international communications (excluding US) that raises the profile of TRUNK with global travellers. Crafting and overseeing the launch of media campaigns across two hotels, we have delivered widespread exposure within top tier design and lifestyle publications including feature coverage in Wallpaper*, Conde Nast Traveller and La Repubblica.
We oversee TRUNK’s international awards entry programme, generating wins in Condé Nast Traveler Hot List 2024, AHEAD Asia: Hotel of the Year 2024, and Wallpaper* Best Urban Hotel 2019.
Additionally, we are responsible for overseeing strategic insight, messaging development and brokering collaboration opportunities that support and broaden brand awareness in international markets.
