Communications Strategy

Uribe Schwarzkopf has been at the forefront of Quito’s transformation into a new architecture and design destination. As the leading property developers in the Ecuadorian capital, they have been delivering a bold future-focused strategy and a portfolio of projects across the city. Working with practices such as Bjarke Ingels Group, Safdie Architects, MVRDV, Tatiana Bilbao Estudio, Ateliers Jean Nouvel, and Philippe Starck, Uribe Schwarzkopf are bringing world-leading architects to Ecuador – and in many cases South America – for the first time.

We developed a communications strategy that raised the profile of Uribe Schwarzkopf as a developer and key player in the transformation of Quito’s skyline. This included bringing key editors and journalists to the city which, for many, was the first time they had visited.

The likes of Financial Times, Vogue, Conde Nast Traveller, Monocle, Wallpaper*, Fast Company and The Economist covered how Quito is becoming a new hub of architecture and design excellence, elevating awareness among key audiences globally. Reviews and features were regularly placed with top tier international media that spanned the wider the culture, arts and culinary scene in Quito and neighboring cities.

Camron created specific strategies for different projects, executive profiling and brand awareness, achieving the overall objective of establishing Quito as an emerging architecture and design destination.
