Uribe Schwarzkopf are the leading property developers in the city of Quito, delivering a bold future-focused strategy and a portfolio of projects across the city. Working with practices such as Bjarke Ingels Group, Safdie Architects, MVRDV, Tatiana Bilbao Estudio, Ateliers Jean Nouvel, and Philippe Starck, Uribe Schwarzkopf are bringing world-leading architects to Ecuador – and in many cases South America – for the first time.
Camron developed a communications narrative that raised awareness of the Uribe Schwarzkopf portfolio and more broadly Quito as a tourist destination. Projects completed by Bjarke Ingels Group and Safdie Architects were profiled in key publications such as Financial Times, Conde Nast Traveler US, Metropolis, Fast Company, Economist and Monocle, elevating awareness with the design and architecture community. Reviews and features were placed with international media titles such as El Pais, Travel + Leisure and Wallpaper* through a high level press stay programme.
Camron has helped to define the future skyline of Quito, creating new neighbourhoods and developing a new hub for contemporary architecture whilst creating an attractive proposition for investment.
